This Privacy Policy explains how our Luv or Pop app and its related website and social media pages (collectively, the “App”) operated by Daballoon Ent, LLC. (“Luv or Pop”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our App. By using our App, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the “last revised” date at the end of the Privacy Policy. Your continued use of any portion of our App following the posting of the updated Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
1. Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
In order to provide our App, we collect information about you that, alone or in combination with other information, can be used to identify you as an individual (“personal information”). The specific personal information we collect and process when you use our App depends on how you interact with us
Personal Information You Provide. When you register for an account or subscribe to any of our App, we collect a variety of information about you, including the following:
- User profile details: Name, profile photo(s), age, location, gender identity, sexual orientation, bio, religion, occupation, height, marital status, language, education, children, and preferences
- Government-issued ID and selfie verification: Used to verify identity and maintain community safety through Veriff platform
- Date of birth: To ensure age compliance (18+)
- User activity data: Balloon holding/popping actions, matches, messages, and interactions
- Content uploads: Photos/videos posted in the social feed or dating profile.
You may also choose to communicate with other users or to make posts that include information about yourself using our social media features. Furthermore, Luv or Pop uses a third-party service provider, Veriff, to enable identity verification. Identify verification information will be shared with that third party. To process purchases, we may require your name, address, phone number, email address and payment information, including credit or debit card information and associated account information.
- Other Personal Information We Collect. When you access or use our App, we automatically collect information about how you access and use our App. This includes user activity data, such as balloon holding/popping actions, matches, messages, and interactions, all of which are used to enable the features that the App offers to users. The information we collect may also include your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. If you use a mobile device to access or download any of our App, we may also collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, and version information. We use this information for fraud prevention, moderation and user safety and we may use it in the aggregate to analyze trends, administer our App, understand how users interact with our App, and gather demographic information to tailor our visitors’ experience on our App, show them content that we think they might be interested in, and display the content according to their preferences. We do not share this information with third parties.
Sensitive Personal Information. During the registration process and while updating your profile, you may provide us with personal information that is considered “sensitive” in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to, religious beliefs, ethnicity and political views. This information is only used by us to provide the services to you. You may change or update your information by accessing your profile at any time.
Surveys and Contests. We may periodically conduct surveys or contests and, if you choose to participate, you may be asked to provide information in order to participate in these features.
The technologies we use to automatically collect data from you may include:
- Cookies & Web Tracking. Cookies are very small files placed on your computer, and they allow us to count the number of visitors to our Websites and distinguish repeat visitors from new visitors. They also allow us to save user preferences and track user trends.
- Web Beacons. “Web beacons” (also known as “clear gifs” and “pixel tags”) are small transparent graphic images that are often used in conjunction with cookies in order to further personalize our website for our users and to collect a limited set of information about our visitors. We may also use web beacons in email communications in order to understand the behavior of our customers.
- Web Analytics. We collect and use statistical information about your use of our App to make it more user-friendly, to understand our market share, to conduct other market research and to make sure that we display relevant advertisements for you.
- Marketing e-mails and Push Notifications. If you opt in during registration or when subscribing, you may receive emails and push notifications from us that may include, without limitation, information about:
- App updates or new features
- Upcoming seasons or show-related content
- Partner promotions (e.g., fashion, dating-related services)
- Limited-time discounts for premium upgrades
Promotional emails will include unsubscribe links and notification settings will be manageable from your account preferences in the App
Personal Information We Receive from Others. In addition to personal information you provide us directly, and that we collect automatically, we also may receive personal information from:
- Fraud detection and credit-reference agencies to correct our records and help prevent and detect fraud;
- Sources that are available to the public, including government entities, which we might combine with information that we collect from you directly; and
- A family member or someone else acting on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Core PlatformWe use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:
- Provide our App;
- Maintain security;
- Establish and manage user accounts;
- Display the public parts of your profile and your posts to other users;
- Provide customer support, troubleshoot issues, manage our App, and respond to requests, questions, and comments;
- Process transactions;
- Communicate with you about our App, including order confirmation, refund and renewal processing, service announcements and administrative messages;
- Communicate with you regarding promotions, including newsletters, new product offerings, special discounts, event notifications, special third-party offers;
- Conduct market and consumer research and trend analyses;
- Enable posting;
- Perform accounting, auditing, billing, reconciliation, and collection activities including collecting on outstanding and past due account balances;
- Prevent, detect, identify, investigate, and respond to potential or actual claims, liabilities, prohibited behavior, and criminal activity;
- Comply with and enforce legal requirements, agreements, and policies;
- Achieve purposes for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection; and
- For any other purpose with your consent.
If you provide your telephone number, we may contact you by telephone call or text message. You may opt out of receiving promotional messages by telephone or text. Please note that we or one of our service providers may contact you by telephone in connection with an outstanding and past due balance on your account. Opting out of receiving telephone calls will not opt you out of receiving calls related to an outstanding balance.
In addition to the uses outlined above, by accessing or using our App, you agree to allow us to anonymously use the information from you and your experiences to continue our research into our App and related services.
2.2 Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision-Making
2.2.1 AI Matching Algorithm
Luv or Pop uses machine learning algorithms to generate personalized match recommendations based on your profile, preferences, activity, and interactions with other users.
2.2.2 Consent for AI Processing
By using the Service, you consent to the use of your data (including profile information, messages, photos, and engagement metrics) for:
- Algorithmic matching and recommendation
- Fraud detection and safety analysis
- Continuous model improvement.
3. Mandatory Information
Some information that we request is mandatory in order to enable the functionality of the App, so that if you elect not to provide any of this information, you will not be able to use the App.
4 .Disclosure of Your Personal Information
We may disclose personal information we collect:
- To current and future organizations that are part of our network for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;
- To affiliated and unaffiliated service providers who help us perform and deliver our App;
- To the appropriate authorities if we believe disclosure is necessary and appropriate to prevent physical, financial, or other harm, injury, or loss, including to protect against fraud or credit risk;
- To legal, governmental, or judicial authorities as required or requested by those authorities and applicable laws, or in relation to a legal activity, such as in response to a subpoena or investigation, or where we believe in good faith that users may be engaged in illicit or illegal activities, or where we are bound by contract or law to enable a network partner to comply with applicable laws;
- To necessary third parties in connection with, or during negotiations for a financing or an acquisition, merger, asset sale, or other similar business transfer;
- With your consent or at your direction, such as when you choose to share information or publicly post (for example, social media posts);
- To persons of your choosing through your use of the App;
- As an integral part of providing our functionality, we will disclose your public profile information to other users. Photos and other profile information posted by you will be available to subscribers that are matched with you; and
- We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the App, if in our sole opinion, we suspect or have reason to suspect that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be disclosed to authorities that we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate to handle such disclosure. Appropriate authorities may include, without limitation, law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that we are permitted to make such disclosure.
5. Third-Party Advertising
We may use third-party advertising agencies or other service providers to serve ads on behalf of Luv or Pop. These companies may employ cookies or pixels to measure advertising effectiveness.
6. Age Restriction
We only accept registrations to our App from users who are 18 years or older. Luv or Pop is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided information to our Service, we will promptly delete such information and terminate the minor's account.

7. Security
We endeavor to maintain all of your non-public information that we store in secure environments. Luv or Pop implements comprehensive security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Access controls and authentication mechanisms
- Regular security monitoring and testing
In the event that the security of your information is compromised we will provide all legally required notifications and will endeavor in good faith to mitigate any resulting problems and to prevent any similar compromise in the future.
8. “Do Not Track” Signals
We do not process or respond to web browsers “do not track” signals or other similar transmissions that indicate a request to disable online tracking of users who use or visit our Websites.
9. Right to Access, Delete, Correct/Update Your Personal Information; Information Retention
Luv or Pop provides users the opportunity within the App to access, delete, correct/update, or delete information previously submitted to us.
If you close your account, your public profile will no longer be visible to other users, but we are not required to delete your posts, and we may retain some of your personal information for a limited period of time consistent with applicable law and our document retention polices. Your personal information may be processed and stored outside of the jurisdiction in which you reside for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and, you consent to such processing and storage.

If we transfer your personal information out of the European Economic Area or Switzerland and are required to apply additional safeguards to your personal information under European data protection legislation, we will do so. Advertising & Tracking
Luv or Pop does not use third-party advertising technologies that track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
We do not engage in cross-app tracking for advertising purposes.
We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the app and to improve product performance. This data is used solely for internal purposes and is not shared for advertising or cross-platform tracking.

Personal information we collect and disclose
We collect certain “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as described in the main body of this Privacy Policy.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you certain rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to Know. To request disclosure of the personal information that we collect, use and disclose, and other information relating to personal information we collect about you.
- Right to Delete. To request the deletion of personal information that we have collected from you.
- Correction. You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we retain about you.
- Selling or Sharing. You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing (as both terms are defined under the CCPA) of your Personal Data. To do so, follow the instructions in the App.
You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising the rights listed above.

Only you, or someone you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete your personal information. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf by providing written permission signed by you. We may request specific information from you (such as a copy of your government issued ID) to help us confirm your identity and process your request. The CCPA or other applicable law may require or permit us to decline your request.
