Photo and Video Guidelines

To keep Luv or Pop safe, real, and respectful, all photos and videos must follow these rules:

1. Be Real and Authentic

• Use recent photos and videos that accurately represent how you look now.
• Do not use heavily edited, face-altering, or age-changing filters that significantly change your appearance.
• Do not use AI-generated images or deepfakes as your profile photos or to mislead others.

2. No Minors, Ever

• Do not post photos or videos containing anyone under 18, including in group shots, backgrounds, or family pictures.
• Do not use old photos of yourself from when you were under 18.

3. No Nudity or Sexual Content

• No nudity, visible genitals, buttocks, or female-presenting nipples, even if partially covered or blurred.
• No sexually explicit or highly sexualized content (for example: sex acts, implied sex acts, fetish content, or zoomed-in body parts meant to be sexual).
• No underwear-only, lingerie, or see-through clothing intended to be sexually explicit.
• No sexual roleplay, sexual gestures, or pornographic screenshots.

4. No Violence or Harmful Contents

• No graphic or non-graphic depictions of violence, weapons used in a threatening way, or glorification of harm.
• No content promoting self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or dangerous behavior.

5. Respect Privacy and Safety

• Do not share other people’s images or videos without their consent.
• Do not post screenshots of private conversations (on Luv or Pop, or other platforms) without clear consent from everyone shown.
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in images or videos, such as IDs, credit cards, home addresses, or work badges.

6. No Hate, Harassment, or Bullying

• No content that mocks, degrades, or targets people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or body type.
• No harassment, threats, or “call-out” posts targeting specific individuals or groups.

7. No Commercial or Promotional Content

• Do not use photos or videos primarily to advertise products, services, OnlyFans, subscription platforms, or businesses.
• Do not direct users to external links or social accounts for commercial gain in your images or videos.

8. No Illegal or Regulated Content

• No content involving illegal drugs, drug dealing, illegal firearms, or other illegal activity.
• No content that shows or suggests buying, selling, or trading regulated items (weapons, drugs, fake documents, etc.).

9. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• Only upload photos and videos you created yourself or have clear permission to use.
• Do not use images taken from the internet, celebrities, influencers, or brands’ copyrighted content as your own.

10. How We Enforce These Guidelines

• Content that breaks these rules may be blurred, removed, or restricted.
• Repeated or serious violations can lead to warnings, feature limits, or permanent removal from Luv or Pop.
• Users can report photos or videos that seem inappropriate or unsafe. Our team reviews reports and takes action where needed.
