Luv or Pop Community Guidelines

Welcome to Luv or Pop. We’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and intentional dating experience. To keep our community healthy, we ask all users to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or removal from the platform.

1. Be Yourself

  • Use your real age, identity, photos, and information.
  • No impersonation, fake profiles, filters that change your appearance, or AI-created images as your main photos.
  • You may not mislead others about your intentions, relationship status, or identity.
  • You should look like yourself on Luv or Pop.
  • You may not use heavy or misleading filters, AI-generated images, or face edits that significantly change your appearance (for example, changing your facial structure, age, or gender). Light edits such as natural lighting or color adjustments are fine, as long as you still look like you.

2. Respect Others

  • No harassment, insults, bullying, or abusive behavior.
  • No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or body type.
  • No unwanted sexual comments or explicit messages.
  • If someone says “no” or “stop,” respect it immediately.

3. Keep It Kind and Intentional

  • Approach conversations thoughtfully and respectfully.
  • Be honest about your intentions.
  • Do not pressure anyone into matching, messaging, meeting, or continuing conversations.

4. No Nudity or Sexual Content

  • No nude or sexual photos, videos, or content of any kind.
  • No minors in photos — ever. Do not post photos or videos containing anyone under 18, including in group photos, backgrounds, or family pictures.
  • No sexual solicitation, escorting, or commercial sexual services.

5. No Violence or Threats

  • No threats, intimidation, or promoting violence.
  • No weapons displayed in a threatening manner.
  • No content that promotes harm, suicide, or self-injury.

6. Protect Your Privacy

  • Do not share personal contact information publicly (phone numbers, emails, addresses).
  • Do not ask others for private information.
  • Keep financial information, passwords, and identification documents private.
  • Never share payment card numbers, bank details, one-time passcodes, or other financial account information with other users. Anyone asking for this information is likely attempting a scam.

7. No Scams or Fraud

  • No requesting money, gifts, loans, or financial information from other users.
  • No multi-level marketing, cryptocurrency schemes, ticket sales, giveaways, or promotions.
  • No fake emergencies.

8. No Commercial Use

  • Luv or Pop is for personal use only.
  • No advertising, selling products, soliciting followers, or promoting businesses.
  • No directing users to off-platform websites or social accounts for commercial gain.

9. Follow the Law

  • No illegal activity, including drugs, firearms, solicitation, or sharing illegal content.
  • No content involving minors.
  • No encouraging harmful or dangerous behavior.
  • Luv or Pop is strictly for adults. All users must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the app. We may use identity and age verification tools to help keep minors off the platform.

10. Report Issues

If you see behavior that violates these guidelines, report it.

Reporting helps us maintain community safety. Reports are confidential and do not reveal your identity to the reported user

You can report users or content directly from profiles, messages, or in-app menus.

Reports are reviewed by our team, and we take appropriate action, which may include warnings, feature limits, or removal from the platform. Where possible, reports are handled as quickly as we can, and your identity is not shared with the person you reported.

11. Off-Platform Safety

  • Be careful when taking conversations off the app.
  • Do not feel pressured to move to text, social media, or other platforms. If you choose to meet in person, meet in a public place, arrange your own transport, and tell a trusted friend where you are going.
  • Luv or Pop cannot monitor or control interactions that happen off the app, so stay alert and prioritize your safety.

12. Verification

  • We only allow verified profiles.
  • Verification helps build trust and signals to others that you are who you say you are.

13. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • Only share content you own or have the right to use.
  • Do not upload photos, videos, or other content that belongs to someone else, is taken from the internet, or infringes another person’s rights. If we receive a valid report or notice of infringement, we may remove the content and take action on the associated account.

14. Moderation & Enforcement

Luv or Pop is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to monitor user activity, content, and behavior.

Users can report profiles, messages, and media directly within the app. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, typically within 24 hours.

Violations of our policies may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of content
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Restriction of features
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, hateful, or exploitative behavior.
